What is the return policy?
We want you to love your new piece and feel like a rockstar wearing it!
If you need to return an item the following must be adhered to:
- Item is in the exact condition it was purchased in
- Refund Details: (full refund-less shipping cost within 14 days from date of purchase).
There will be no refunds for an item returned that has any rips, snags, tears, odors or deodarant marks, make up marks or if the pantyliner or hangtag has been removed.
Any item that is returned with any of the forementioned flaws can be shipped back to the buyer but that cost is not covered by DDD.
Upon inspection of any returned items that qualify for return you will be refunded via the payment method you used, less any shipping cost paid.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I exchange my product?
If you would rather select another item from our collection an exchange can be arranged. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we cannot guarantee an exact exchange.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is the policy on repairs and defects?
If you discover a defect in your item not due to normal wear and tear you have a couple of options:
Repairs - We offer free repairs for items such as a seam opening, strap coming loose, or detached crystal stones replacement.
Once buyer has shipped item to seller, the repair turn around time expected is 1-2 weeks. Return shipping will be covered by the seller.
Defect - If item is discovered to have a construction defect, you may be eligible for a full refund including shipping paid.
